Goal

Based on a comparative analysis of the key parameters of spray and aerosol formulations of nasal medications and remedies for treating sore throat, select the most effective drug in terms of delivering the medicinal substance to the mucous membrane of the throat

Key objectives

Study of the spraying quality of spray and aerosol formulations based on the following indicators: reproducibility and uniformity of the dose mass, the area of the irrigated surface on a planar simulation model, the area of the irrigated surface on a silicone nasal model
Study of the dynamic characteristics of spraying and the particle size distribution of nasal medications and throat pain treatments using shadow photography
