Participants may give their presentation in person or join the event via videoconference.
The presentation may be delivered in Russian or English.
Requirements to reports :
1. Enroll on the conference website.
2. Submit an abstract of the presentation to the Conference Organizing Committee at stepanova_m_yu@staff.sechenov.ru by October 1, 2026.
The abstract of the oral report should contain the following information:
– title of the presentation;
– full names of the authors and their positions;
– name of the speaker (highlight);
– contact information, e-mail
– official name of the institution, city, and country;
– annotation – no more than 3000 symbols with word spaces.

3.Receive a reply letter to the sender's email with a decision on acceptance or rejection

Presentation requirements:
1. The presentation should not exceed 20 minutes.
2. Report should be accompanied by a presentation. Presentation should be sent to the conference organizing committee stepanova_m_yu@staff.sechenov.ru before 15 October 2026 in two formats – .pdf и .ppt.

The Conference Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject presentations whose topic or content does not correspond to the scope and aims of the conference.

Students, residents, master's and postgraduate students are invited to take part in the competitions «Best Scientific Presentation in English» and «Best Poster Scientific Report in English». The topic of the presentation must correspond to the scientific programme of the conference. The submissions will be evaluated by a jury consisting of leading scientists and pharmaceutical industry experts from different countries.

Participants may present in person or join the event via videoconference.

Requirements to the participation in the competitions:
1. Enroll on the conference website.
2.1. To take part in the “Best Scientific Presentation in English” competition, applicants must submit an abstract of the presentation, not exceeding 500 characters including spaces, to the Conference Organizing Committee by October 7, 2026, at: stepanova_m_yu@staff.sechenov.ru, kovaleva_t_yu@staff.sechenov.ru

2.2. To take part in the competition «Best Poster Scientific Report in English» you should upload poster and recording to your poster on the conference website innovativedrugsconference.sechenov.ru
3. Participants of the youth section are given the opportunity to apply for participation in two competitions, also submit abstracts for publication in the the collection of conference materials.

Presentation requirements:
1. Duration of the report should not exceed 7 min.
2. The presentation must be accompanied by slides. The slide deck should be submitted to the Conference Organizing Committee by October 15, 2026, in two formats: .pdf and .ppt, at: torsukova_a_v@student.sechenov.ru

Poster presentation requirements:
1. The poster report must be presented on 1 page in pdf format, no more than 5MB. (only horizontal layout).
2. Mandatory sections of the poster report:
– title of the report;
– full names of the authors and their positions;
– name of the speaker (highlight);
– official name of the institution, city, country;
– purpose and objectives of the study;
– materials and research methods;
– main results;
– conclusions.
3. An audio recording for the poster presentation is required. The recording should not exceed 4 minutes, in one of the formats: .mp3, .mp4, .mpg, .avi, no more than 30 MB.
Poster presentations and audio recordings will be posted on the conference website.

Attention! All files should be sent in one or two letters without archiving. In the e-mail title indicate: Innovative medicines, Surname.N.MN.

File names should follow the example: Kuznetsov K.K._thesis.doc, Kuznetsov K.K._agreement.doc, Kuznetsov K.K._poster.pdf, Kuznetsov K.K._annotation of the presentation.doc, Kuznetsov K.K._presentation of the oral report.pdf and .ppt, Kuznetsov K.K._audio recording of the report.mp3, .mp4, .mpg, .avi.

The competition and presentation of finalists' works will take place during the conference.

Requirements to the theses:
1. Enroll on the conference website innovativedrugsconference.sechenov.ru
2. Upload to the website innovativedrugsconference.sechenov.ru until 15 October 2026 abstracts prepared in accordance with the requirements.
3. Upload to the website innovativedrugsconference.sechenov.ru until 15 October 2026 scanned Consent of the author of the abstracts with signature for publication in the Scientific Electronic Library. If there is more than one author, consent of each author is necessary. A sample of the Consent is available on the conference website: https://innovativedrugsconference.sechenov.ru/participation_eng

Requirements theses:
1. Only previously unpublished materials are accepted for publication
2. No more than 2 abstracts can be submitted from one author (including a co-author)
3. The number of authors should not exceed 5 people. Each author must provide consent for publication in the RSCI.
4. Requirements for the design of abstracts:
– submitted in MS Word (*.doc, format);
– no longer than two A4 pages (no exceptions);
– font: Times New Roman; size: 14 pt.; single line spacing;
– right margin:1.5 cm; other margins – 2.0 cm; paragraph indentation – 1.25;
– alignment: justified, no hyphenation, pictures, tables or formulas;
– the name of the file should correspond with the last name and initials of the first author, without spacing (e.g. KuznetsovRU.doc)
5. An electronic copy of the author´s (authors´) consent for processing the electronic version of the publication and its transfer to third parties for further processing in specialized systems in order to publish it in the Russian Science Citation Index must be submitted (see the template).
6. The author is responsible for the reliability of data and scientific content of the abstract.
7. Abstracts are published in the author's edition, but the organizing committee reserves the right to make editorial corrections.
8. Abstracts designed in violation of the present requirements will not be accepted.

– place of work or study – in the nominative case; address with postal index must be included
– contact information, e-mail

7. Bibliography (only in the original language of the sources)

Works prepared in violation of the RSCI requirements will not be considered.
